Bootcamp is a highly intensive three week program that focuses on three main areas: Code, Visual Design and Web.

In the Code class, I have learned the basic understandings behind any code. This began by creating a basic flowchart. We then went further and delved into Processing, software in which you write and execute code. After learning how to write code, we learned how to draw and eventually animate in code. This was a great learning experience for me.

In Visual Design, I recieved a tune up on the skills I learned as an undergrad at Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communication. We learned about the design thought process, typography and it's uses, and designing visual elements for the web.

In the Web class, I created this web site! From conceptualization to completion, I learned how to create a website in handwritten xhtml. I learned what works in web design and what doesn't and have incorporated this knowledge into my design.
