Party of One is a thesis submitted to the faculty of Parsons The New School for Design, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Fine Arts in Design and Technology

Party of One is a critical design project structured around the idea of a survival-kit to help a woman when she is dining alone. Party of One captures the possible sources of discomfort and offers ironic items to solve them. The items only exist in their branding, identity and way of use. It is a parody in which the potential female user would feel protected.
