ISSUE 1: FIGURE OUT WHAT MEMORY PEOPLE WANT TO REMEMBER
- When and what do you want to remember recently?
What I have spent the quality time with my wife
- Have you ever experienced feeling frustrated trying to remember something?
Sure many times. Especially, I’m always hard to remind someone's name. It makes me feel frustrating and unprofessional in a formal meeting.
- Have you ever experienced memory loss? If so, how often? (once per month…) What did you want to recall at that time?
Many times. Maybe once a day. Someone's name or a company name is always matter.

ISSUE 2: GATHER EXAMPLES ABOUT HOW TO REMEMBER MEMORY
- How do you recall your memory? (diary, note, memo, computer…)
- Concentrating to remember the memory, as I’m not good at writing. Or, if I'm in my office, I'm searching for a business card book.
- What are the problems you have remembering things?
- Always, matters as far as I can not remember when I'm not in the office and especially I'm having a meeting with that person who I can not remember his/her name.

ISSUE 3: GATHER OPINOIN ABOUT RECORDING PERSONAL EXPERIENCES
- If you could remember your entire life, what memory would you want to recall later? Why?
- I have many business meeting in a day, so I want recall person's profile, who I have met. The Profile means what is on the name card and further meeting memo.
- Do you have any idea how to develop a future memory device?
- To make a database automatically as I scan a name card. I can download the data to my mobile phone. So, I can carry that data
