To me, as a new designer, learning flash was really fun and amazing. I am really amazed by things I can create with flash. It is a totally a new world from Photoshop and illustrator.Before I read this article,  I did not even know about there is a huge debate going on about whether Flash will continue as a viable program. However, after I read two article, I think flash still has many years to alive and maybe, flash world won’t be never disappear.

for example, there are many huge websites that is supported by flash such as youtube or vimeo . In this web sites, I need a flash player to look at things in these websites, and moreover, huge amount of online video takes flash format. So without flash, we will have a lot of problems to watch online video because it make viewing video a lot  easier.

After I read this reading, I realized how important design and aesthetic is.
I believe in design which means the beauty of design makes people to have trust of the product.
In Anderson’s “In Defense of Eye Candy”, he mentions about Aesthetics and affect, and he emphasizing that how important visual language is.
I definitely agree with everything what he said. These days design is much more important than what is does in the past . Production and technology is unbelievably developed. so quality of products are almost same.therefore design affects  a lot people to make decision…

For my final I would like to make a word typing game for children.
by Playing this game, children can learn English and Spanish in a same time.
Since this is a game, I want to make a score counter and time limit , also I will make my own graphic for this .
In addition, I want to insert different background music on each frames.
I will also make ending animation of game.

1. Calorie calculator

I would like to create a calorie calculator for my prototype project. Many people want to lose weight but it’s not an easy task.. To lose weight, exercise and diet are the most important thing, and even though we exercise a lot, if we eat too much, we never can’t lose weight. Also, while we are on diet, it is important to have low calorie and high protein food. However, it is hard to memorize calorie of all kinds of food. Calorie calculator will be easily calculate calorie of each meal and, total calorie that we eat for a day. I will classify food as vegetable, meat, fish, snack and so on…If you click the food icon, it will add the calorie of the food. using this calorie calculator, you can check how much you eat and, control your diet.

2.Body Guard

I would like to make an i-phone application which allows us to avoid in dangerous situation. If you’re at home alone,especially you’re female ,you may feel scare when stranger knock the door or food delivery guy ring the door bell. In my case, I act like I’m not at home alone. I pretend to someone is in my home. (ex. call someone’s name or have a conversation by myself) If you download this application, it will help your fear when you are alone. If you run this application, it will play sound track like people ’s conversation or people being around.

3. Date coach in NYC

Many men are having trouble with planing a perfect date. Your girlfriend complains too much about what you plan for. If you are dating same person for many years, you will lack of idea. Or, If you’re on first date and, you don’t have any idea with where to or go what do to date coach will help you! You can search most romantic restaurants in NYC and it will let you know many other date spot and activities such as park, theater, and night life. Also, it will announce event or festival are held around the city.
